Formal - this includes both the ceremony and reception! Gentlemen can wear a tuxedo, or dark suit and tie. Ladies can wear a long evening dress, dressy suit, or cocktail dress.
There will be a response card within the formal invitation entitled “Kindly Reply”. The guests have until October 1st, to state whether they can attend or not, by simply marking “Accepts with Pleasure” or “Declines with Regret”. If they can attend, they are required to mark the number able to make it (review plus one FAQ, if unsure), as well as place their specific initials under their entree’ of choice. Please note: If a response is not received by October 1st, the bride and groom will contact those guests directly within 24-48 hours. If a response is still not received within that timeframe, the guest(s) will be considered unable to attend, and will NOT be included in the final count.
No - parents will have the day/night off! There will be a handful of children taking part in the Church ceremony that are considered members of the bridal party. Aside from this, due to venue capacity, we ask that guests please abide by the names listed on their formal invitations when RSPVing. Thank you for your understanding!
If the invitation you receive is addressed “Your name and guest”, then yes!
The Bride and Groom are having a traditional, Catholic ceremony, which will include a full-length Mass; this will be approximately one hour. Immediate family and the bridal party are to take photos in the Church thereafter, under the direction of the photographers on site.
If you are attending the ceremony, there will be a period of downtime afterwards. Please utilize this time to relax, take a breather, or explore all that Tampa has to offer! No requirements necessary; the Bride and Groom can’t wait to celebrate with you at the reception!
