Our story began at the mall where I used to work. Oscar asked for my number and eventually text messages turned into phone calls and after about a month he asked me on a date! However, even though we had great conversation over the phone, the first date didn’t go too well so we agreed to just be friends. Some time later, we decided to hang out again — both insisting it wasn’t a date. But that day, something changed and we felt a genuine connection. After about three months of dating Oscar asked me to be his girlfriend with a handwritten card (that I still have!) and a James Avery charm. We dated for three amazing years and on our third anniversary Oscar asked me to marry him! Now we can’t wait to say “I do” and begin the next chapter in our lives together!
