We're not local to the area ourselves, so we may not have the best advice for this section... but there are tons of nearby restaurants, cafes, lakes, and little towns to explore!
Howey-in-the-Hills is less than an hour from Orlando - so if you're looking to turn the trip into a little Christmas vacation, Disney or Universal are always an option!
