For guests who would rather stay somewhere a little more like home, Airbnb has some adorable, affordable options in the Loveland/Fort Collins area. They don't allow us to do room blocks, but they do offer very cheap options.

Flying in to DIA

Keep in mind that the closest airport to fly into is Denver International. DIA is about an hour's drive from Loveland, so be sure to plan accordingly with rental cars. Northern Colorado does also offer Uber/Lyft options if you would rather take a shuttle and get around that way.

Airport Shuttle

The best shuttle company in Northern Colorado is GreenRide, in our opinion. They drop off right at the Hampton Inn Loveland (next door to the Fairfield Inn & Suites), and pick up on the 5th level of DIA, west side. They have reasonable rates, and are a great option if you'd like to avoid renting a car (and are comfortable Ubering/Lyfting) for the weekend.
