The cut-off for booking at the discounted rate is July 18th, 2025. The check-in time at Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am. They will do their best to accommodate early arrivals. There is valet parking available at the hotel or there are parking garages within two blocks of the hotel.
Train
Amtrak
We've taken Amtrak several times and is a great option if coming from a city (I.e., D.C., NYC, etc). We suggest booking at least 2 months out as they can get expensive leading up to the desired travel date. The station in Philadelphia is "William H Gray III, 30th Street Amtrak Train Station" which is a 10 minute uber ride from the Hotels/Venue.
Travel Note
Travel from hotel to the venue
There will not be a shuttle provided due to the walkable distance from the hotels to the venue. The hotels are a quick 5 minute walk (2 blocks) to the venue. If desired, ubers are readily available downtown for a quick trip to the venue.
Flight
Philadelphia International Airport
Philadelphia International Airport is the quickest and easiest airport to travel in from. It is a short distance to the venue/hotels (9 miles). We recommend using ride share (uber/lyft) to travel from the airport to the venue/hotels.

Arrival time
As our wedding day approaches, we want to ensure everyone arrives on time. Please allow extra time for travel, especially due to Friday traffic in the city. We recommend planning to leave a bit earlier to account for potential delays.
