Welcome Boat Tour

Address: Piazza Risorgimento, Cernobbio Look for the liberty building at the end of the square. Our wedding planners will be there to welcome you. The boat tour will be from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. We kindly ask you to be at the dock no later than 6:15 pm. We advise you to book your transportation in advance, as taxis and Ubers are limited in the Lake Como area. Please note this is roughly a 30 minute drive from the wedding ceremony location. Food and drinks will be served on board throughout the tour. Dress code: Dolce Vita Cocktail Festive summer cocktail attire is encouraged. Elegant dresses and chic separates are perfect. For men, light suits, linen, and tailored summer attire are recommended. No ties required. Please no jeans, athletic wear, or flip-flops. For those still planning their look, we love the idea of a light, Italian summer-inspired aesthetic. That said, please don't feel obligated to purchase anything new—we want you to be comfortable and enjoy the celebration. Think chic, festive, and effortlessly Italian.

Ceremony & Reception

Our venue, the breathtaking Villa Balbianello, is only accessible by boat. The boat will depart from the public dock in the town of Lenno, in front of the Plinio hotel. Address: Via Carlo Lomazzi, 3, 22016 Lenno CO, Italy . We kindly ask you to arrive by 5:15pm at the latest for boarding at 5:30pm. We advise you to book transportation to Lenno in advance due to limited taxis and Ubers in the area. The wedding ceremony will start at 6:30pm. Afterwards, there will be a cocktail hour and dinner reception, followed by dancing until 1:00am. A babysitter service will begin with dinner at 8:00pm until the end of the event. At 1:00am, the boat will depart from Villa Balbianello and return to Lenno. Dress code: Black Tie An elegant evening of celebration calls for classic black tie attire. Floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses for women. For men, tuxedos with black neckties or bow ties are recommended. The wedding villa features gravel paths, so we suggest block heels, wedges, or platforms for comfort and ease throughout the night. However, our wedding coordinator will have heel protectors ready to share for those with stiletto heels!
