How far away from the venue are the hotels?

Answer

The hotels are about 20-25 minutes away from the venue. There are also Airbnbs in Westtown and neighboring towns!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm to ensure enough time to park and walk to the ceremony site.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of parking onsite!

Is there a dress code?

We're calling this "Casual Cocktail Attire" - please dress neatly but wear appropriate clothes for an outdoor August wedding. Have we mentioned that it's outside in August on a farm?? Think: lots of grass and uneven terrain.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Are kids welcome?! Yes. Bring them all! We will have our wonderful assistant karate instructor, Shawn, there for a fun cocktail hour activity for the kids while the parents (hopefully) get to mingle and relax. We'll also have crafts and games.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

The wedding is held outdoors on grassy terrain; however, there will be an ADA accessible bathroom trailer and transportation to and from the ceremony site.
