Dixie Rock

You can't visit St. George without without doing the most popular hike! Dixie Rock is located within Pioneer Park which is known for explorable rock formations. A short climb up make-shift steps in the rock leads to the bridge that connects to Dixie Rock.

Snow Canyon State Park

Just five minutes from our venue, Snow Canyon State Park is one of Liz's favorite places to explore in Southern Utah. With its stunning red rock canyons, ancient lava tubes, hidden caves, petrified dunes, and soft sand dunes, it’s the perfect spot for a quick adventure or a peaceful walk.

Zion National Park

Just under an hour away, Zion is one of the most iconic national parks in the country. Think quiet trails, sandstone cliffs, and fall colors that make everything feel cinematic. Hike, drive, or simply breathe it in. FUN FACT! PRONOUNCED ZIE-IN (Like Lion with a Z). Fool the locals by saying it right! Most tourists pronounce Zion as "Zie-ON" making it a funny tourist spotting tool in the local community. Hike Recommendations: Angels Landing: 4.4 miles. Difficult. Permit Required! Zion Overlook Trail: 1 mile. Moderate Difficulty but if you take your time, even kids can do it! Emerald Pools: 3 miles. Moderate Difficulty. The Watchman Trail: 3.1 miles. Moderate Difficulty.

Red Hills Desert Garden offers a quiet, beautiful place to walk and explore right in the heart of St. George. As Utah’s first interactive desert garden, it highlights water-efficient landscaping, rare native species, and even preserved dinosaur tracks. St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm
