In June 2011, we both were at the social during high school orientation. We ended up playing Knock Out, Mack was behind Elizabeth in the line and struck up the first conversation we ever had (full of embarrassing flirting from us both). As high schoolers do, we spent the rest of the summer texting daily and the rest is history!

We went beach camping along the beautiful Pacific coast in Washington. At sunset, Mack suggested we "video it" but really he was getting prepared to capture the entire proposal. He created a short timeline of our relationship in the sand with photos and then asked to start our next chapter together as husband and wife :)
