It was back in 2002 when Betsy and Kevin were freshman at J.K. Mullen High School. Passing each other in the hall, sharing classes and random moments through out the 4 years. After graduation Kevin left for USD and Betsy went to TCU. They chose to come back to Denver after school and they would see each other randomly at bars and restaurants. It wasn't until July 2017 where they finally reconnected at a bar called Recess. The next two years were full of fun times with friends and family, concerts, skiing, and spending as much time as they could up in Grand Lake. And it would be up in Grand Lake where Kevin and Betsy would begin their journey to spend the rest of their lives together.
