The Saint Paul Mayor Melvin Carter signed Executive Order 2021-25 lifting the City of Saint Paul’s mask requirement. As a city run facility we will be lifting the mask requirement at the Harriet Island Pavilion. While masks will no longer be required, masks are still encouraged in city-controlled facilities for unvaccinated visitors and employees.
