The Night Before (Welcome Party)

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks. Don't overthink it! The Vick does have a dress code, so please no ripped denim, jerseys, or cutoffs.

Join the bride, groom, and their families for an evening of light bites, fabulous cocktails, and catching up. This event is not mandatory or expected, but all guests are welcome to join! For guests not staying at Hotel Celare, valet is offering $15 parking to guests attending the Welcome Party from 6pm-close.

We are so excited to host you on our big day! The schedule is as follows: 4:00pm Doors Open 4:30pm Ceremony begins 5:00pm Cocktails, bites and photos 6:30pm Toasts + Dinner 7:00pm Cake + Entertainment 7:30pm-10:00pm Dance floor and vibes!!!! Transportation will be provided to and from Hotel Celare (will update with times closer to event). The Redmoor does provide free, off street parking for all guests as well. Your car will be safe overnight, but the Redmoor staff requests that cars are promptly retrieved in the morning. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. See you very soon!
