What is included at the hotel?

How do I book my hotel?

Answer

Please go into the travel section of our website and select the link provided. This will take you to an additional website used to book your hotel only. Once on the website you will need to reserve room to reserve accommodations through Destify.

Does your travel partner Destify offer a price match?

Answer

Directly from Destify “Yes, your guests would have to submit the $150 deposit and if they submit the price match within 24 hours of booking and it gets denied we will refund the $150.00 so there is no risk to your guests when price matching within 24 hours of booking.”

How often does Destify deny price matches?

Answer

Directly from Destify, “I checked our records, and in 2024, we only declined 12 price matches within 24 hours of booking, so it’s quite uncommon.”

Do I have to use your provided travel link to book?

Answer

No. You do not have to book directly through the link we have provided but we do have to have guests stay on the resort (this is per resort rules). You can book directly on Royalton Riviera, Expedia etc. Please do look at all websites especially Royalton Riviera as they offer some great promotions with transportation from airport included in final cost.

Are children welcome to join?

Children are welcome to join in on the trip to Cancun but we kindly ask no kids under 13 years old for our wedding day. Thanks for understanding.

What’re the steps in submitting a price match?

Answer

1 - Complete the deposit portion on the Destify website found in the travel tab of our website. 2 - Once deposit has been submitted, screenshot the “cheaper or better offer” found on another US website, (ex: Expedia, Royalton Riviera website, Priceline, etc). Please make sure the screenshot is at the last tab where you would be submitting a payment. They need to see dates, room choice, transportation included and total cost. 3 - Send the screenshot to guestservices@destify.com and they will respond within 24 hrs. Please include your name in the email so they can find your reservation.
