Things To Do

If you plan on having an extended stay, here are some fun things to do in Massachusetts!

New England Aquarium

1 Central Wharf, Boston, MA 02110

We both love going to this aquarium. Say hi to Myrtle the Green Sea Turtle for us if you go!

Museum of Fine Arts, Boston

465 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115

Of course the art major is going to suggest checking out our art museum. It is the 20th largest art museum in the world and has a vast collection.

Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum

25 Evans Way, Boston, MA 02115

Another art museum; groundbreaking. This art museum is a curated collection of European, Asian, and American art. There was also a very famous unsolved theft that happened here; you can see the still empty frames on the walls.

Museum of Science

1 Science Park, Boston, MA 02114

Jarrod and I have gone here on dates. It has a domed IMAX theater, many interactive exhibits, and live demonstrations throughout the day.

Cape Cod

MA

If you want to go to the beach, the Cape is where to go. The bride grew up riding her bike along the Cape Cod Canal during the summer.

Plainridge Park Casino

301 Washington Street, Plainville, MA 02762

If you are into gambling, here's one of our local options. We've personally never been, but it is 4.6 miles away from where the bride and groom live.

Roger Williams Park Zoo

1000 Elmwood Avenue, Providence, RI 02907

Okay, so this technically isn't in Massachusetts, BUT if you're staying close to the bride & groom, this is about 28 minutes away. Plus, the bride went here a ton while she was growing up and has very fond memories.

For all the days along the way
