Do I have to book accommodations?

Answer

Nope! We have accommodations booked for the week from Saturday October 3, 2026 through Saturday October 10, 2026. Please see the RSVP tab for payment information.

When should I book my flight?

Answer

We recommend booking flights at least 6 months in advance to get the best price. The villa is booked from Saturday October 3, 2026 with a check in after 4pm through Saturday October 10, 2026 with a check out before 10am.

Do I have to arrange transportation from the airport?

Answer

Villa Limonaia offers concierge services to pick up and drop off guests according to their flights. We ask that you let us know your travel plans so transportation accommodations can be made!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the beautiful setting with us. Thanks so much for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking all of our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers! We also ask that guests avoid wearing color as reserved for the bride- cream, ivory, or white. Please keep in mind the entire event is outdoors.

What is the weather like in Italy in October?

Answer

In October, Maiori Italy experiences highs in the mid seventies and lows in the low sixties. With chilled ocean temperatures, we still recommend bringing your swimsuit to indulge in the villa’s private pool.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones away on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have an amazing photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you!

What’s the plan for food during the week?

Answer

We’re lucky—Villa Limonaia has private chefs on-site all week, so we’ll have help with meals and snacks throughout our stay. You’re more than welcome to explore dining options outside the villa as well. We’ll be stocking the villa with groceries for the group, and to keep things simple, we’re asking everyone to chip in toward the cost. We’ll send out details on how to contribute as we get closer. Thanks for being part of the fun (and the food)!

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, especially since you're traveling to celebrate with us! Since this is a destination wedding, we truly appreciate the time, effort, and travel it takes to celebrate with us in Italy. We’re not expecting any gifts—just bring your love, laughter, and dancing shoes!
