WHEN SHOULD I RSVP, AND WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T?
Answer
Please RSVP by Wednesday, March 26, 2025! If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you can’t make it and, sadly, won’t be able to accommodate you due to venue and vendor requirements.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
The dress code is spring formal. Guests are encouraged to wear suits, gowns, dresses and more. Pastel colors are encouraged, but we kindly ask that no one wear white.

CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?
Answer
We’re keeping it intimate with just our closest family and friends. So, only those named on the invitation are invited. Thanks for understanding!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Answer
This is an adult only affair. We adore your little ones, but we want you to relax, let loose, and have a fun night (and date night!) on us!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE WEDDING CEREMONY?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 5:30pm sharp. Please plan to arrive early, as late arrivals may disrupt the proceedings.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE VENUE?
Answer
Complimentary transportation will be provided from each hotel to and from the venue, a beautiful winery in Virginia. Note: Shuttles are available ONLY to guests who selected transportation in their RSVP prior to the deadline. A bus schedule will be available to review when you check-in to your hotel. Ride-share options are limited but there is ample parking available on site for those who choose to drive.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
The ceremony and part of the cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting), while the reception will be indoors.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?
Answer
Manassas Regional Airport (HEF), is about 20 minutes from each hotel. Dulles International Airport (IAD), is about 30 minutes from each hotel. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is also an option, about 45 minutes away. You can find hotel information on our Travel page.

ARE THERE ANY RESERVED ROOM BLOCKS FOR THE WEDDING?
Answer
Yes! Room blocks are available at two nearby hotels. You can find details, rates, and booking links on our Travel page. The reservation deadline is March 24, 2025, but space is limited, so book early!

CAN I POST WEDDING PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Answer
Feel free to capture and share your favorite moments! However, there will be times during the ceremony when we kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos or videos. Use the hashtag #spreadlovejohnsons when you post!

We’re planning an informal gathering the evening before the wedding on Friday, April 25, 2025. We are also planning an informal farewell brunch the day after. See our "Schedule" tab for more information.
