Due to the constant changes with COVID-19, we have decided to limit the number of in person guests to the bridal party and immediate family members. This decision was made due to having medically fragile family members and the hope to decrease the spread of this contagious disease. Our hearts are heavy that we will not be able to have a large celebration in person but want to offer our guests to participate in a virtual wedding (never thought we'd say that!). After working together for about 6 months, Gabriel had asked Elizabeth to hang out with him one weekend. Elizabeth figured that it was just as friends, but Gabriel had something else in mind. After spending the night downtown with some friends, Gabriel told Elizabeth that he had a big crush on her. Elizabeth was shocked that he had these feelings but figured what harm could it do to try and get to know Gabriel more. Ever since that night, we have been inseparable, spending every chance we had to get to know each other and each other's families.

One weekend, over the summer we went to the Ozarks with Gabriel's family to visit his grandparents. Gabriel's family had tricked Elizabeth into thinking that they were taking family photos. After taking some group pictures, Gabriel ran upstairs to get Carti (the pug) to complete our individual family pictures. As we had begun to pose for the picture, Gabriel got down onto one knee, took the ring off of Carti's life jacket, and asked Elizabeth to spend the rest of her life with him. Surrounded by some of the people we love most - Elizabeth was able to say "Yes!" to forever.
