Caesars Head State Park
Easy to see. Park and walk to the views! Keep going through the Devil's Kitchen!
Hendersonville
Lots of nice places to eat and stay. There is an apple orchard to pick fresh apples (Sky Top Orchard) and have fresh apple doughnuts!
Looking Glass Falls
Easy to get to, pull off on the side of the road. Nice area for a picnic! No hiking, but lots of stairs to get down to the bottom.
Moore Cove Falls Trail
Cool waterfall to walk under. There is about 1 mile of hiking to the waterfall and then 1 mile back. Easy trail.
Triple Falls
Close to Hooker Falls and High Falls. About 3 miles of hiking.
Asheville
Fun city to visit, lots places to eat! We had a great time at Tupelo Honey.
Blue Ridge Parkway
Drive down the Blue Ridge Parkway and stop along some of the pull offs for stunning views. Don't go too far! This is a 469 mile park that leads all the way up to Virginia.
