Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors open at 3:30 PM in the small garden. Please be seated at 4pm for the start of the ceremony on the Main Lawn.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Optional. We would like guests in black tie, but please do not buy a long dress or tux just for us! And bring a pair of dancing shoes as a band will be lighting up the dance floor! Locker rooms are available to 12:30am in case you would like to store a change of clothes or personal items.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We don't have a gift registry, but customary laisee (red packets) will be available at the door. Your presence is the greatest gift of all!

Question

How do you get to the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club?

Answer

Kellet Island in Causeway Bay is the Club's principal base. The Main Lawn is where the outdoor marquee tent is located. The small garden is adjacent, and has a large plumeria (frangipani) tree in the middle. The Compass Room located upstairs and is the club's formal dining area.
