Eason and Elizabeth (Lizzie) first met on Hinge. After a few days of messaging back and forth, Eason asked Lizzie out for coffee and lunch. Lizzie agreed, but after thinking about it more, thought coffee and lunch for a first date was too much, so asked him to just have coffee first. They met one Saturday morning at the coffee shop and surprisingly (or rather awkwardly) ran into some other friends. That first date flowed so well as they talked about their shared Taiwanese culture and faith in Christ, that Eason immediately asked Lizzie for a second date. Over the ensuing dates, they got to know each other better and discovered many similarities, such as their love for good food and community. Lizzie loved Eason’s easygoing and friendly nature, which proved to be a good balance for her. Eason discovered Lizzie’s many idiosyncrasies and loved them all. In their spare time, they enjoy hanging out, learning to cook together, and working by each other sides. They love walking in the park together and spending time with their friends and family. Time always flies when they’re together! And the story is just beginning!
