How do I get to The Great Lawn for the ceremony?

Answer

The Great Lawn is located directly behind The Lodge at Turning Stone and is accessible through a door near the bar in The Lodge lobby.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive to the ceremony location by 1:45 pm. We suggest that you leave yourself plenty of time to find the ceremony location as Turning Stone is a large property.

Where should we park?

Answer

There will be valet parking available at The Lodge entrance for our guests. If you are staying overnight at Turning Stone your valet parking is free. Guests are also able to park in any open lot or the garage for free.

Will we be outdoors?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will be on the Great Lawn and cocktail hour will be in the Grand Expo Courtyard which are both outdoors. There is an indoor space available as a backup in case of unfavorable weather. The reception will be indoors.

Is the ceremony space on grass?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony will be held on grass so please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear for the day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for this event is Formal. This includes suits, gowns, and cocktail dresses. We kindly request no casual clothing such as jeans.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The name of invited guests will be listed on your invitation and the RSVP section on our website. Due to various factors we are only able to accommodate a certain number of guests.

What should we do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We realize there will be some time in between the end of our ceremony and the start of cocktail hour. We encourage you to use this time as an opportunity to check in to your hotel room if you have chosen to stay the night at Turning Stone. You can also use it as an opportunity to explore the bars, casino, and new expansion at Turning Stone and make your way to the Grand Expo Courtyard for our cocktail hour.

Is there a deadline to book our room at Turning Stone by?

Answer

Yes, hotel rooms in our block are only guaranteed at the discounted rate until August 11th. After that time we cannot guarantee that rooms will still be available or discounted.
