It probably goes without saying, but if you are flying, you'll want to fly into Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The wedding venue is in Decatur, a small city just east of Atlanta--although technically an Atlanta suburb, it's anything but suburban. The airport is about a 30-minute drive from downtown Decatur (in typical traffic).
As for accommodations, below are the two hotels closest to the wedding venue, both located in downtown Decatur, a lovely walkable town with lots of great restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance.
If you're looking for a more elevated hotel experience, there are many nice hotels in Midtown, including the Four Seasons, the Loews, Hotel Indigo, and the Kimpton Shane.
If you prefer an Airbnb, we recommend looking for a place in one of these intown neighborhoods: Oakhurst, Kirkwood, Virginia-Highlands, Druid Hills, Lake Claire, Candler Park, Inman Park.
Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful if you prefer not to rent a car.
