-Point Lookout offers an extensive non-staffed Fitness Center that is open seven days a week. The Facility includes both free weight and cardio machines, aerobic and stretching rooms, squash, racquetball, outdoor tennis and track, gymnasium, and public lounge with billiards, ping pong and free guest wi-fi. The fitness center is free of charge for cabin guests staying at Point Lookout. -Get back to nature on Point Lookout’s miles of beautiful hiking trails, open all year long! Trail maps are available at the Fitness Center front desk and the Welcome Center. -Point Lookout offers some of the finest athletic facilities in the State, featuring an artificial turf soccer field, gymnasium, tennis, racquetball & squash courts that are available to Resort Guests, Groups, and Private Rentals -All guests are also welcome to visit our private beach access situated across Route 1 just below the south exit gate of Point Lookout. There is a beautiful lawn area leading down to the beach.

Once passengers and freight are loaded on board, we steam out of the harbor past Marshall Point lighthouse. As we follow our protected route among pine-clad islands, we see birds of many varieties. Sometimes, porpoises and small whales rise from the water just beyond our bow. Our course usually takes us by lobstermen hauling their traps, schooners gliding before the wind, and pleasure craft of every description. On the return trip, we pass close to Seal Rock, where we often spot entire families of seals frolicking in the water and basking in the sun...
