Wedding Motor Coach

March 8, 2025 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm

Guests staying on Disney property will be picked up from their hotels and brought to the ceremony space. The motor coach will pick up guests staying at Disney’s All-Star Movies resort by 4:00pm. All guests should arrive at the designated bus stop by no later than 3:45pm. Guest staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs resort will be picked up by 4:15pm. All guests should arrive at the designated bus stop no later than 4:00pm.

Mears Transportation

Unfortunately there is not a complementary service that will be available to pick up guests from the airport and bring them to their hotels. If you are staying on Walt Disney World property, the bride and groom suggest “Mears Connect” as an easy option for transportation to/from the airport. The Bride and Groom are happy to answer questions regarding transportation.
