We met in 2014, while working as paralegals at a law firm. We immediately bonded over our love for alternative punk rock bands. The sparks flew when we ran into each other at a country concert in 2015. The country concert got rained out, which resulted in us meeting up at a nearby bar. We had the best time and ended up dancing the night away. The rest is history – we both shared the desire to become lawyers. We studied for the LSAT together every day after work and took the LSAT next to each other in October 2015. We then supported each other through law school, the bar exam, and our crazy careers as lawyers. While we completed many milestones together, we are most excited for our wedding day and cannot wait to celebrate with all of you!

Dan planned a date for us to visit the Art Institute, which is where we spent our first Valentine's Day together. In the middle of our visit, Dan asked that we go to Starbucks and once we stepped outside, Dan got on his knee and asked me to marry him. I said "YES!" and then our sisters (Oli, Christy, Maritza, and Ann Marie) popped out to congratulate us! We had an engagement party that evening at The Corner Bar, our favorite local watering hole, and celebrated with our family and friends!
