Is transportation provided?

Answer

If you are staying at the Sawgrass Marriott or Hilton Garden Inn, a shuttle will be available starting at 4:15 pm and will circle back approximately every 15 minutes. A shuttle will also be available to take you from the ceremony to the reception. Shuttle capacity is limited, but the shuttle will circle back after the first drop off. If you are staying at another location, Uber and Lyft are your best options for getting to the ceremony, but feel free to take the shuttle to the reception! For those driving, there is plenty of parking available at both the ceremony and reception venues. Feel free to leave your car there overnight and pick it up in the morning!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We would love for you to take pictures throughout the night. However, please refrain from using your phone to take pictures or videos during the ceremony. We have dedicated photographers who will capture the moment for everyone! Thank you for understanding.

What is the attire?

Answer

The wedding is black-tie optional, but encouraged! We are excited to celebrate with you so don't be afraid to dress to the nines! Cocktail hour will be outside on the TPC lawn. Ladies may wish to wear block heels to avoid sinking into the lawn. The reception will be inside the ballroom and will be air-conditioned. Feel free to bring a pair of dancing shoes/sneakers if it will keep you on the dance floor!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the ceremony venue as well as the reception venue. You're welcome to leave vehicles there over night!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest", we have reserved an additional spot for you to bring a guest. If not, we have only planned for you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our immediate family. We want you to relax and enjoy the evening. We also encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
