We're getting married!

Like any modern day romance, Elizabeth and Corey met one another on a dating app in the Spring of 2019. They shared their first date at Stony Creek in Branford, CT in August of 2019. The two stayed friends as Elizabeth began her journey to become a police officer in November of 2019. Elizabeth and Corey kept in touch during the week while Elizabeth was living at the police academy. On the weekends, the two spent time with one another and got to know each others friends. In December of 2019, Corey invited Elizabeth over for Christmas Eve dinner. Elizabeth met her soon to be in-laws for the first time over a feast of the seven fishes! The two officially began dating on January 18th 2020 after a trip to Elizabeth's family home to Woodloch Springs. In March of 2020, Corey and Elizabeth became "quarantine buddies" and the two stayed at Elizabeth's apartment during the first few weeks of COVID. Luckily for her, he never left! Two apartments, a house and two dogs later, they got engaged at Gouveia Winery in Wallingford on September 15th, 2024! We are so excited to start this next chapter of our lives and are looking forward to having our closest family and friends join us for the celebration!
