By Invitation Only Shuttle Boards: 5:30 PM | Departs: 5:45 PM Please board the shuttle at 5:30 PM. The shuttle will depart the Element Hotel at 5:45 PM to drop guests off at the Country Club of Landfall for the Rehearsal Dinner. Please note: If you prefer to drive, parking is available onsite. When you arrive at the gate, please tell the attendant you are there for the "Sweyer OBerto Welcome Party at the Nicklaus Clubhouse" to gain access.

For our family and friends who are able to celebrate the wedding weekend in Wilmington and arriving Friday night, please join us for drinks! Shuttle Boards: 7:30 PM | Departs: 7:45 PM Please board the shuttle at 7:30 PM. The shuttle will depart the Element Hotel at 7:45 PM. For those who wish to head back early, a shuttle will be available starting at 8:30 PM to take guests back to the hotel. The last shuttle will be at 10:00 PM, returning all guests to the Element Hotel. Please note: If you prefer to drive, parking is available onsite. Please feel free to park your car at the Element Hotel and take the provided shuttle to and from the dinner!

Shuttle Boards: 3:30 PM | Departs: 3:45 PM Please board the shuttles at 3:30 PM. The shuttles will depart the Element Hotel at 3:45 PM for Live Oak Estates. For those who wish to head back early, an early bird trolley and shuttle will be available starting at 8:30 PM. At 10:00 PM, shuttles will depart with drop-offs for both the Element Hotel and the Palm Room for the After Party! Please note: Parking is extremely limited at Live Oak Estates. We highly recommend utilizing the provided transportation or arranging for a rideshare drop-off. Local to Wilmington? You are more than welcome to park your car at the Element Hotel and use the provided shuttle transportation to and from the wedding!

The last shuttle will be at 9:00 PM, returning all guests to the Element Hotel. Please note: Due to Wrightsville Beach parking regulations, there is absolutely no parking available at this event. All guests must utilize the provided shuttle or arrange for a rideshare drop-off.
