A must for breakfast/brunch for our out of town guests! A classic diner menu, known for their famous Hotcakes, this local legend is located in Pittsburghs Strip District. After breakfast, wonder up and down Penn Ave to explore the Strip's gourmet food shops, produce stands, meat and fish markets, and sidewalk vendors. Pamela's is cash only and no reservations so be sure to be prepared for a little wait - but don't worry, you can always grab a pre meal donut next door at Peace, Love and Little Donuts.
The Andy Warhol Museum is located on the North Shore of Pittsburgh and is the largest museum in North America dedicated to a single artist. The museum holds an extensive permanent collection of art and archives from the Pittsburgh-born pop art icon Andy Warhol.
Enjoy a spectacular panorama of Pittsburgh and its three rivers. Ride to the incline's Observation Deck in the 146-year-old Incline car to see what USA Today Weekend Magazine calls one of the "10 most beautiful views in America". Afterwards grab a bit to eat in Station Square, or venture a little ways down Carson Street to the South Side.
A short walk from the hotel, Point State Park is located on 36 acres at the confluence of the Allegheny and Monongahela rivers, forming the Ohio River. Enjoy awesome views of the city and the perfect morning stretch of the legs along the river. Afterwards, walk back into the city to Market Square, one of the original hubs of the city, for a bite to eat.
