How do I get to and from the Excellence resort?

Free transfers to the airport are included in the hotel with a 3 night stay **If your reservation includes free transportation, please make sure that each of you contact transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com with your flight information and reservation number to program their transfers. Terms and conditions are established with your booking reservation

Welcome cocktail party will be at the Excellence el Carmen at Las Olas restaurant on the beach from 6-9 pm.

What are the details for the Rehearsal Dinner on La Barcaza Boat on 2/18?

Answer

The Rehearsal dinner Saturday, February 18th at La Barcaza Boat, we will have transportation pick us up at the hotel and bring us to the dock and return us to the hotel when we are done. The boat will have snorkeling, snacks, drinks, and dancing. Dress Code is casual! Please bring or wear a swimsuit if you would like to get in the water. Do not forget to bring a towel from the resort, and do not forget to bring it back! Please meet at the Martini Bar near the lobby at 2:30 pm. The bus leaves promptly at 2:45 pm.

What is the Dress Code for the wedding day?

Beach Semi-Formal For the fellows: No jacket or suit required (linen, light pants, button up). Please no shorts. For ladies: beachy dresses, jump suits, or two piece set The wedding ceremony is on the beach, so we recommend flat shoes for this part of the day (feel free to change into your preferred foot ware for cocktails and dancing since that will not be on the beach).

2:45 pm: meet at the Martini Bar to grab a drink & head to the ceremony 3:00 pm: Ceremony starts 3:20 pm: Ceremony wraps up 3:30 - 5:00 pm: Free Space 5:00 - 6:00 pm: Cocktail hour at Plaza X-Lounge 6:00 - 10:00 pm: Reception at X-Lounge terrace 10:00 - 12:00 am: After Party at [Castaways] which is next door to Excellence el Carmen -
