Visit Yellowstone National Park
Visit the greatest place on earth! Yellowstone is a ONE HOUR drive from Red Lodge if you enter through the northeast park gate by Cooke City MT. This route is a stunning drive over the Beartooth Pass. Take note that the Beartooth Pass is only open from Memorial Day - Labor Day so if you look at google maps before those dates it will show you a much longer route around the mountains. If you're driving from Colorado or Wyoming, consider driving up to Red Lodge through Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks!

Driving the Beartooth Highway is one of our favorite things to do in Redlodge and is a must do for anyone visiting, with its stunning alpine views, glacial lakes, and epic mountain scenery. It’s an unforgettable drive that we can’t recommend enough!
