To ensure that you get the special group rate we have set aside, we highly recommend calling and booking your rooms ASAP. Please also note that check in is 3pm. Any early check in requests will be noted but cannot be guaranteed. The last day for you to book rooms will be 04/06/25 @11:59 PM. The rooms will be released automatically at midnight after that date and the special group rate will no longer be available. There will be a shuttle to take guests from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony and to transport guests back to the hotel after the reception.
