Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early so you can get seated before the ceremony begins. Once the ceremony begins, guests will not be allowed to enter the ceremony space. Traffic in the area is unpredictable, so please plan accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire: We suggest men wear a suit with a tie and women wear a midi- or floor-length dress. Please avoid white, ivory, cream, and silver.

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

The name of each guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and online RSVP form. Due to limited capacity, no additional guests can be accommodated.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

For guests staying at our hotels, a shuttle will depart from the Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Cary at 4:00 PM for the ceremony. The return shuttle will leave the venue at 10:15 PM. Please note that space on the shuttle will be available on a first-come basis.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

For those who are not drinking and wish to drive, there is ample parking on site. If you plan on enjoying any alcohol, please utilize provided transportation or Ubers!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be providing beer and wine. If you wish to have a cocktail, they will be available via cash bar.

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask you to please keep all phones and devices put away so everyone can be fully present during this special moment. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we look forward to sharing those photos with you afterward. If you would like a photo of us on your device, please wait until the reception!
