Turtle Dome Treehouse
We have all structures at the Canopy Crew Cave Hollow location on hold for you to choose from! We’ll be staying there, and we’ll invite you to come hang out with us after the wedding. Reserve these structures EARLY if you want to have the unique treehouse experience (they’ll go fast)! The Canopy Crew folks are a family owned business with low-key climber vibes. In order to reserve these amazing stays, please call them at 606-663-9824 or email them at rrgcabin@redrivergorge.com and ask to book for the wedding the weekend of April 28th. Give them the name of the structure you would like to book. If for any reason a) you cannot get ahold of them or b) you don’t get a confirmation email, please let us know and we’ll liaise between you and them. Please note that you cannot book through their website, as we have already placed holds on these rooms! You will need to call the number above. Please see the attached document for details about each treehouse availability.

Hemlock Lodge
We have rooms on hold for you at the Hemlock Lodge. You can book either online or via phone. Rooms are locked in at $135.95 for a 2 queen bedroom. There is a 2 night minimum for this special rate. Our rooms and this price are held until 30 days before the wedding date, so be sure to book soon. Online Booking Click on the “Special Rates” tab to open a drop-down list. Select “Group Code” and enter our group code: 2956. Booking via Telephone Call the hotel Coordinator at (606)-663-3578 and reserve your room(s) under the group name “Bell Keaton Wedding Party”. Please note: The Hemlock Lodge is NOT the same location as the wedding venue, Hemlock Springs. This is a state park lodge. So while it's a solid accommodation, if you're booking at a time when cabins or AirBnBs are still available, be sure to check those out too because you might prefer the extra space and amenities.
