For those staying at the New York Athletic Club, please note there is a club-wide business casual dress code: - Men: collared, tucked-in shirts, slacks, and dress shoes - Women: slacks with blouses or dresses We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind when packing for the weekend.
No transportation will be provided to or from the events. We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or taxis. The church is just a 10-minute drive from the reception venue, so travel should be easy and convenient.
You’ll have an hour or so in between the ceremony and the reception. We’d recommend the following bars nearby: - Southgate Bar & Restaurant (154 Central Park South): Upscale lounge with cocktails and views, conveniently located right next to the New York Athletic Club at the JW Marriott Essex House - The Dakota Bar (53 W 72nd St): Chic cocktail bar with a cozy atmosphere, close to the church - P.J. Clarke’s (44 W 63rd St): A New York classic across from the Lincoln Center - P.J. Carney’s Pub (906 7th Ave): A casual, traditional Irish pub near the New York Athletic Club
