We met during our sophomore year of high school through our mutual friend, Erin. Even though we went to different schools, we hit it off pretty quickly and began spending more time together. I was drawn to Brayden because he was sweet, funny, and pretty cute. He says he fell for me because I’m beautiful, smart, funny, amazing, caring, friendly, and outgoing —his words, not mine! Most of our weekends back then were spent watching sports, hanging out with friends, and spending time with each other’s families. After high school, we both ended up at Louisiana Tech University —Brayden majored in Business Management, and I majored in Biological Sciences. College had its ups and downs, but we always had each other to lean on (especially Brayden when he needed help studying.) After graduating, we moved back home to Baton Rouge, beginning our next chapter together. On December 7, 2024, during a sleigh ride in Leavenworth, Washington, Brayden popped the question. It was a Christmas wonderland and the best gift ever. Now here we are—getting ready to tie the knot and celebrate with all the people we love most. We’re so glad you’re here to be a part of it!
