These are many ways to arrive at your final destination in Carpentras (Provence, France).
1 - Fly into Paris (cheapest and most direct flights). High speed rail to to Avignon or Carpentras via SNCF (2.5-4hrs). Uber or rental car to final destination (about 30min)
-- Likely cheapest option with least amount of fly time
2. Fly into Marseilles. Either drive to destination (1hr) or take high speed rail to Avignon (30min), then Uber or drive from here (30min)
-- Likely the "easiest" option, in that allows for least amount of transfers
3. Fly into Nice. Either take high speed rail to Avignon (3.5hrs) or rental car and drive at your own pace, exploring the French Riviera (less than 3hrs if taken at once)
-- Nice way to explore and maximize time in the French Riviera
4. Fly into Paris. Explore Paris. Fly to Nice (1.5hrs). Explore Nice and surroundings. Rent a car and explore the French Riviera on the way to the venue
-- Great option if wanting to maximize your time exploring France

We recommend staying in the town of Mazan or Carpentras, as those are likely where the shuttles will be leaving from. Other towns like Crillon le Brave seem really cute but there may not be shuttle service from there to the events. Please see link above. Any questions don't hesitate to reach out!
