The dress code for the ceremony is semi-formal! I have put together a mood board on Pinterest to provide ideas. Our wedding colors are varying shades of blue, green, and white, however, these are not restrictive! Given our wedding is toward the end of June, it will be hot outside. It should cool off slightly throughout the evening, however, it will still be warm during the ceremony and cocktail hour.
When you arrive at the venue, make sure you enter through the wedding guest entrance and NOT the Berry Farm entrance. You will first be directed to park near the ceremony location by venue staff. You will park your vehicle and walk to be seated. After the ceremony has ended, you will return to your cars and will drive back to the front of the property, where you will be parked next to the cocktail hour and reception spaces. This will also be led and directed by venue staff!
We ask that all guests arrive by 4:30 PM! We ask that no one arrives before 4:00 PM.
Plus ones are invitation only due to venue capacity. Thank you for understanding!
We ask that our guests refrain from taking pictures or videos during our wedding ceremony, however, you are more than welcome to throughout the rest of the evening! We will also have QR codes displayed throughout the venue space where you can add photos and videos to share with us!
All events are outdoors, with the reception tented. There are bathrooms available adjacent to the reception and cocktail hour spaces. If possible, try to use the restroom prior to the ceremony, because the ceremony site is detached from the main property where the bathrooms are located. There will be venue staff available to take guests to the restroom via golf cart, however, just bear in mind that everyone will need to be seated 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony!
There will be a handful children at the wedding! We are overjoyed that we will be able to include our niece and nephew as additions to the wedding party! Furthermore, we have invited families to our wedding with children of varying ages. To note: We will be providing some kid-friendly activities, games, and crafts, however, we are not offering any form of babysitting or supervision services at the wedding. Hence, particularly for those with young kids, we ask that you keep that in mind when deciding if your little ones should come to the evening's events!
