Ceremony

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Arrival Time: The ceremony space is booked from 1pm - 3pm. We are expecting the ceremony to commence at around 1:20pm, so please arrive between 1pm - 1:15pm. Getting to the venue/parking: Parking close to the ceremony venue is very limited. If you are not staying in the tunnel mountain area, we recommend one of the following options: - Taking a taxi from downtown Banff to Tunnel Mountain Reservoir (Behind Buffalo Mountain Lodge) - Taking the number 2 bus with Roam Transit and get off at the Douglas Fir Resort (2 minute walk to venue from bus stop) https://roamtransit.com/schedules-routes/route-2/ - Carpooling to the ceremony venue. There is a small amount of street parking next to the venue itself.

Reception

4:30 pm - 11:45 pm

Dietary Requirements: Most dietary requirements will be catered for including: Vegetarian Vegan Gluten-Free If you have additional dietary needs or allergies, please let us know! Parking: There is a reasonable amount of parking at the venue, but it's not unlimited, and will likely not accommodate everyone. It's a good ideal to carpool, if you can.
