This is our favorite nice Tex-Mex restaurant. We recommend the queso and a paloma to drink!
Visit the historic Alamo!
This should be the best view of the city!
The Pearl is a very cool place, upscale hotel and restaurants. Very nice area to explore.
Take a relaxing walk on the river walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to try.
Haven’t had the chance to play here yet but it looks awesome. It is set down in an old quarry.

This is a fun indoor activity. It is a Texas nature museum.
Local “hole in the wall” type place, order at the counter. We recommend the Bean Cups, Queso, enchiladas and puffy tacos.
Check out their website to see the menu, it is small, preset, and changes frequently.
Name speaks for itself, great pizza and appetizers.
Nice Belgian bistro, good prices and great food.
Great restaurant, Elizabeth recommends the Shrimp Nachos (if you like the spice). Little more of an upscale option but great food.
