Our story started at Pinnacle Athletic Campus, where we both worked and where our best man, Spencer Smith, became the connection that started it all. After our very first conversation, Andrew tracked down her name through Spencer and reached out on Instagram. While Liz took a very long time to respond, they eventually started texting. It was quite the opposite of an instant love story. Our first date was at Liz's apartment watching Star Wars. For anyone who knows Liz, you'll know that she absolutely hates Star Wars. After the date, she was pretty sure she wouldn't be seeing Andrew again. Somehow, just four days later, they were spending Valentine's Day together, and the rest is history. Even with Andrew working three jobs and running a business, Liz working two jobs, and living almost an hour away, we never went a single day without seeing each other. From gym sessions and evening walks to searching for the best gluten-free restaurants around Rochester, we quickly realized how easy it was to be together. From the beginning, there was never a shortage of laughter, and being together always felt effortless. On July 4th, 2025, Andrew managed to do what many thought was impossible: surprise Liz. Under a sky full of fireworks, he asked her to marry him, and she said yes! The celebration continues the next day with an intimate surprise party surrounded by close family and friends. Now, we're counting down the days until February 2027 and can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of our favorite people.
