Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. We will begin promptly at 2:00pm. If you arrive late, we ask that you stay standing in the back to avoid any interference with the processional or our photographer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of free parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The "travel" tab at the top of this website includes our hotel recommendations. Travel to/from the reception venue will be provided from both The Doubletree and Courtyard Marriot hotels.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please inform either Alex or Elizabeth of any special requests at the time of RSVP. The onsite caterer-Blue Heron Catering, will do their best to make any necessary dietary accommodations.
