In the process of sending out invites, some names may have not made it to the website. If you run into this problem, you can submit a request to attend (found on the same page you RSVP on). An email will then be sent to us for approval, and you're all set!
Important: When searching for Airbnb's or Hotels, search in the area of Park City, Utah. The wedding venue is in Peoa, just 15-20 from Park City, however there are no Airbnbs or Hotels in that immediate area. Lyft and Uber widely available. The wedding itself is happening on June 24th. We understand most people will have jobs and families to get back to. For those of you who were planning to stay longer than the wedding date, we will be organizing a few trips in the two days afterwards. Feel free to text us in regard to what those might be.
Yes. The venue has the capacity for 70 to 90 cars. IMPORTANT: If you are planning to park at the venue, please let one of us know so that we have an estimate of how many parking spots we will need. Make your best attempt to carpool if possible.
Kids are definitely welcome however we have a few rules for kids attendance. We want all of our guests to feel relaxed and able to have a good time knowing that their children will be safe on the venue property. To accomplish this, we will have TWO professional babysitters on site for the duration of the wedding. During the ceremony, kids under 13 years old will have to remain with the babysitters. The cost will be covered by us, however we are sure the babysitters would greatly appreciate tips for this service. With the exception of the ceremony, kids will be more than welcome to roam around. The Venue has a playground and we will have booked plenty of entertainment for the children.
We love to travel and a "destination wedding" felt like our style. We decided on Park City because of the scenery, the weather, and because our families are spread across states and Utah is *somewhat* in the middle. Our goal is for our family and friends to enjoy a fun weekend while in the area and take advantage of all of sights and activities that the area offers in the summer time.
In lieu of a registry we have opted to set up a Honeymoon Fund. Feel free to donate but no pressure, your attendance is enough.
Arrival time starts at 4:30pm. Please arrive no latter than 4:50pm for the ceremony.
