The traditional love story has been told from generations to generations. Boy meets girl, Boy falls in love with girl, Boy and girl get married and have a beautiful family. Well for Jonathan and Elizabeth that simply wasn't the case at first. For them it was more like, Boy meets girl, Boy and Girl dislike each other, Boy and Girl avoid each other at all costs. Now where their story differs from most is that Jonathan and Elizabeth had no desire or inclination that they’d ever be together. But then, Elizabeth went from the girl who Jonathan was sure he was never going to be with and turned out to be the person who he can’t see his life without. If you ask Elizabeth she’ll say she's still holding out hope that Austin Barnes will one day sweep her off her feet, but that Jonathan will do for now. Elizabeth and Jonathan met at SeaWorld, where they both worked while going through college. Although at first they were not each other's biggest fans, they slowly became friends. They found out they were attending the same college and connected over our shared breaks in between classes. Eventually Elizabeth left SeaWorld and naturally they ended up drifting apart. After some time had passed and some life events later, they rekindled their connection. It was at this time that they really began to hang out and speak constantly. Jonathan and Elizabeth soon became best friends, hanging out constantly. When Jonathan mustered the courage to finally ask her to be his girlfriend, she responded with “is this a joke”. After a brief heart attack, Jonathan explained he was being serious and she excitedly said yes, to his relief. From that moment on, Elizabeth and Jonathan have gotten to grow together and learn so much from one another. For example, Jonathan learned it's foolish of him to think he could ever beat Elizabeth in a game of putt-putt, and Elizabeth has learned that having Jonathan around is useful for reaching the things on the top shelves of grocery stores. Neither of them would have thought back in 2018 that they’d be getting married, but here they are and couldn’t be more excited. They can’t wait to start their lives together in their new home and see what wonderful things life has in store for them.
