What time should we arrive?

We suggest arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony to find your seat and enjoy the atmosphere. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM.

Complimentary parking is available at Hidden Pines Venue. Signs and attendants will guide you to the designated spots.

We invite you to celebrate in semi-formal to formal attire—think cocktail chic with a touch of glam. Bring your sparkle and dancing shoes!

Children are welcome—please let us know if you’ll be bringing little guests.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! We’ll have a charcuterie grazing table, drinks, and dessert. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions in advance.

We encourage you to capture memories during the reception, but we ask that you allow our photographers to take the official ceremony photos.
