Catering will be provided by the Coned Pizza food truck, which will offer three flavors for guests to choose from: Pepperoni, Hawaiian, and Meat Lovers. They will also provide a salad bar and two dessert cones to choose from inside the Depot.
Wine and beer will be provided by the Rainbow Bar in Billings. We will have an open bar available up to a $500 tab. While we love celebrating and enjoying a good drink as much as the next person, once the $500 limit is reached, guests will be responsible for purchasing their own drinks or adding to the tab if they wish.
We do not have a traditional wedding registry, as we feel fortunate to already have many of the things we need. Instead, we will have a honeymoon fund available at the wedding, as it has been our dream for many years to travel to Japan.
While we truly enjoy spending time with your kids, we have decided to keep our wedding primarily an adults-only celebration. Children under 16 will only be attending if they are part of the immediate family. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still join us for a wonderful evening together.
Because the Depot is located in downtown Billings and our wedding is on the weekend, we recommend arriving a little early to allow time to find parking. There's limited street parking outside of the Depot however there are also several nearby parking garages and surrounding streets with additional parking options. p.s. Steven says parking is probably going to suck.
Our dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. Since it’s November in Montana, the weather can be unpredictable, so please plan accordingly. The venue is indoors, but we recommend bringing a light jacket just in case!
