When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is Saturday April 26, 2025. You can respond by using the QR code on the back of your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We need to provide our vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand 🤍

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15 pm to ensure that you have enough time to park and join us for the beginning of our ceremony.

We will be staying at the Delta Hotel located on Genesee Street in Utica. The link to our room block will be listed below. We know that this is a long distance for those coming from the Albany area. Is transportation available?

Answer

Unfortunately, transportation cannot be offered to all guests. A bus will be available for family members and plus ones of those in our wedding party staying at the Delta Hotel in Utica. This bus will depart from the hotel promptly at 3:30 pm and will arrive to our venue at 4:00 pm. Buses back to the hotel will be available for those same guests at the end of the night, one at 9:15 pm and the other at 10:30 pm. Please also note that Uber/Lyft services may be scarce due to location so please plan accordingly. If planning to use these services, we recommend reserving a ride ahead of time.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event.

What are food and drink options?

Answer

Our dinner will be buffet style! As for drinks, cocktail hour will consist of a fully open bar, so please take advantage of that! The bar will then close during first dances and dinner, but for the rest of the night, the bar will offer beer and wine options as well as two carefully crafted signature cocktails… the Charlotte and the Penelope 🤍

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal attire is requested, please no jeans or sneakers. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing the color sea glass as this is reserved for our wedding party. How long is the wedding?

Our ceremony and reception will be held from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Get ready to party!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

As of right now, the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held inside. Pending weather, the cocktail hour may be held outside. There is a newly renovated outdoor area that will be available all night to guests.
