"A friend loves at all times" -Proverbs 17:17

Kim

Matron of Honor

Kim and I met on the first day of college. First, she asked if she could sit by me in Drawing 101, then after class we had time to spare so we went for a walk around campus. Ever since that day, the two of us have been inseparable. Both studying to be art teachers, the majority of our college years were spent creating together. While distance may separate us, Kim continues to be the most supportive best friend through all these years. Her son, Cayden, will also be our ring bearer.

Brittany

Maid of Honor

Together we make up the famous Kansas City "art duo." Brittany is brave and teaches high school art, while I stick to teaching the youngins' in the same building. This Texan girl got me to love country music, country line dancing, and even two stepping. Bring your boots if you want to get down on the dance floor with us! Brittany is always one call away (or quick run down the hall) for life advice, art tips, or just a needed laugh. I am so thankful God both called us to Kansas City so we could meet!

Stephanie

Bridesmaid

Thank goodness my brother has good taste in women--while Steph is my sister-in-law, she is also a great friend! Kellen and Steph have been a fantastic example of a Christian-centered marriage to me. She is quite the crafty lady! Her two girls, Nora and Luella, will be my flower girls. Being their auntie gives me the greatest joy. I had the honor of standing up in Kellen and Stephanie's wedding on the hottest July day back in 2010, I'm hoping my wedding day doesn't top the heat but is still full of the same love they share for each other.

Cacia

Bridesmaid

Cacia and I also met attending Concordia University. She was roommates with Kim and I was considered their adopted roomie because I was over so often. Cacia is a total sweetheart with a caring and comforting personality with a side of spunk! She somehow put up with all of Kim & my college shenanigans but I'm convinced she needed all those brain breaks from studying nursing. I always look forward to flying home to Wisconsin and getting picked up at the airport by her smiling face first...and then next stop? cheese curds!! She has been so generous to me and I am so thankful to be blessed with a faithful friend like Cacia.

Drake

Best Man

We met when I moved from Chicago to St. Louis to start 7th grade. Since then he hasn't been able to get rid of me. I even followed him to Lawrence, KS and graduated with him, walking down the hill together at the University of Kansas commencement ceremony. No friend has put up with me longer (or knows me better) than Drake.

Mitch

Groomsman

Mitch and I met at KU. His then girlfriend, now wife, Allie, was was my best new friend in Kansas and she guided me in my faith walk. I have her to thank for my faith and the path God took me on moving forward. For Mitch, I was that oddball guy taking time away from him and Allie. Eventually Mitch learned to put up with me, but it was pretty easy to bond over Chiefs Football and especially our HUGE passion for KU Basketball. He's my first phone call after every big win.

Justin

Groomsman

Justin is the kind of friend who is a brother for life. We met in 2015 being two huge nerds playing Pokemon. Since then we have grown in our faith, supported one another when we were down, created music together, created games together, and I somehow withstood his endless nonsensical conversation.

Niles

Groomsman

Everyone needs a friend who's a car guy. Everyone needs a Niles. He was there when I bought my car, he even once spent his day off shopping for a new car battery with me, and replaced it for me outside my apartment. Niles is the one of the most selfless men I know. I'm lucky to have him for cars, nerding out, and hysterical laughs.
