Do you have room blocks?
Answer
Yes we have room blocks at both the Lodge at Whitefish Lake and Grouse Mountain Lodge. Please refer to our travel page for instructions on how to get our discounted rate. The room blocks will be ending on June 22nd at the Lodge so please get signed up as soon as possible!
Question
What is the weather like in Montana?
Answer
It is usually pretty hot (up to 80/85 degrees) during the day and cool (40/50 degrees) in the evenings. We suggest you plan with light layers through all events to stay comfortable as all of our events will be held outside. Parking is VERY limited at our venue so we highly recommend you take the shuttles!

As soon as you are able to tell us if you're coming, please let us know! But our deadline to RSVP is June 22nd! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We have 3 different events we are excited to have you join us for. Please refer to our schedule page to see the suggested dress code for each day! But please know we want you to be comfortable and happy!

Can we bring a plus one?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with all of you, while we wish we could include everyone, our venue capacity allows us to host only those guests named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Will there be a shuttle to the venue?
Answer
Yes! We will have shuttles stopping at the Lodge, at Grouse Mountain Lodge, and in Downtown Whitefish to pick guests up and bring them out to the venue. We will also have rotating returns on the hour all evening for your convenience!

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?
Answer
While we absolutely love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax, unwind, and fully enjoy the evening with us. Thank you so much for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!
