Shuttle

Shuttle Pickup and Dropoff points

July 19, 2025 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

We have a shuttle scheduled to take guests to and from the wedding as follows: Depart Cherry Tree Inn and Suites at 3pm Pickup from Hampton Inn between 3:05-3:15 pm Pickup from Park Place Hotel between 3:30-3:40 pm Arrive at venue by 4pm There will be two rounds of return trips that drop off at the same three locations. The first will depart the Peninsula Room at 9pm and the second will depart PR at 11:30pm at the end of the reception.

Flight

Cherry Capital Airport

TVC airport is a short 15 minute drive away from downtown Traverse City. It has regular flights connecting to major airports in Detroit, Chicago, New York, Boston, and Denver. Other good alternatives would be to fly into Detroit Metroit Airport (DTW, 4 hour drive from Traverse City) or O'Hare (ORD, 5 hour drive from Traverse City) and then drive up.

Hotel

Cherry Tree Inn & Suites

This is the hotel where we will be staying, but we are unable to reserve a block of rooms for the wedding because the wedding will be in the middle of tourist season. Please feel free to book here or any other of the myriad hotels and resorts available in TC.
